These rules explain how HELP.OUT Moto connects customers with independent motorcycle service providers.
Customer rules
✓Confirm the provider's call-out or inspection fee before service begins.
✓Additional parts or labour should be approved before work proceeds.
✓For serious accidents, injuries, fire or immediate danger, contact 999 first.
✓Provide accurate motorcycle, contact and location information.
Provider rules
✓Only accept jobs within your skills, service area and capacity.
✓No hidden charges or unapproved repairs.
✓Provider identity and submitted information must be accurate.
✓Unsafe conduct, fraud or repeated serious complaints may result in removal from the provider network.
Platform role
HELP.OUT Moto operates as a connection and booking platform. Mechanics, workshops and towing operators are independent service providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Availability, response time and final repair outcome depend on the selected provider and the circumstances of the job.
Pricing & cancellations
HELP.OUT may charge a platform fee for confirmed bookings. Provider service fees, repair labour and parts are separate unless shown otherwise. Applicable cancellation or refund conditions should be communicated before payment is collected.
